What is soularche?
SoulArche (pronounced sol-ark) is a unique divination process heavily guided by Astrology and Intuitive Channeling. This process was birthed through deep astrological wisdom & inspiration, my Spirit Guides, and inner knowing. While Astrology helps gain deep self-awareness, it also can help attain soul-awareness. Your Soul can be looked at like an energetic matrix comprising of the experiences of all previous lifetimes up until now. An 'arche' is the beginning, fundamentals, and origins of something - the substance or elemental composition of it. Thus your SoulArche is meant to function as the building blocks of your soul's evolutionary journey & intention.
Your SoulArche is a living, breathing reflection of you and your soul's journey & intentions in this life. This is a journey of integration and alignment - of Embodiment and Enlightenment. In essence, SoulArche is an Empowerment process. If someone were to ask me what is it that I do, I would answer "I EMPOWER people".
And the process of empowerment is not fast and it is not easy...
It's here that you might start to feel the sacrifices required for awakening, for inner power. I can hear our 12th house echo “in order to access the sacred, you have to make a sacrifice”. And that sacrifice is duality - the idea that everything is divided and everything is separate from us. Even parts of ourselves can feel separate, disconnected, disjointed, dissociated from. You can start to hear the break; the break in us, in our paradigm and what we’ve been told to do and told to become. This internal and external division itself is what breaks us down, and rips us from our highest potential and alignment which is, in essence, our TRUE POWER. And your True Power is what I help you to access.
People often accept simple answers to complex questions, finite options to infinite possibilities. I will be asking you to be more curious, challenge your ideas, push past your self imposed limitations, and really regain full access to who you truly are. In popular astrology, people are very Sun-sign obsessed - it is a reflection of the Hellenistic astrology written by privileged men of old and the rise in Sun sign horoscopes of modern times. While the Sun placement is important, it echoes more of the self-obsession that we see in the world today, in the patriarchal society built on division; division of class, gender, sex, etc. The Sun represents me, my, I. I - a symbol that even looks like a person standing there alone. However, the Moon has to do with multiplicity and connectivity. We cannot dismiss the Moon's importance, just like we cannot dismiss the Day or the Night.
Day and Night consciousness [a perspective I adopted from a wise astrologer named Jason Holley] is the driving force of my work and astrology at large. What do we see when we observe the sky? We see the sun in the day, and the moon at night. This aspect of nature is the tapestry this wisdom is woven upon, and how we will be working with these reflections alongside our body as elemental nature and life's phases as the changing seasons. Think about sunlight - when it hits the world around you, you take it in through your eyes and your mind interprets it in a coherent way. A way you understand by giving things names and descriptions. But at night, the light disappears, and the eyes are pointed inward; towards the dream state, the subconscious mind, the unconscious self. It plays out stories and imagery that is a felt sense experience, not something we make linear sense of until we wake up, and our day consciousness attempts to weave a timeline.
There’s much to discover in the dark, a deeper look into ourselves. That's why I call the Moon a place of SELF-REALIZATION > you are coming to realize your self, and realize the multitude of complexities occurring within. Through reflection you often come to know deeper and deeper parts of yourself, awakening places of the unconscious and bringing forth the subconscious. I call this Rememberance, and it is when we start to remember who we are, what we are, and why we’re here. This is a key theme in the work I do.
The Sun I think of as more SELF-ACTUALIZING > deriving the word action from here. I know that self-realization and self-actualization are often interchangeable, which is fitting because I believe they are two sides of the same thing - the Sun & Moon, the Day & Night. In this conscious place of the Sun, a place often so bright we can’t even look at it, though we feel it; feel its presence, its warmth, its place on the planet. We have to do the same with our Sun chart placement - to recognize it, let it be seen, heard, expressed - the solar self needs that in order to bring us to our fullest potential, to be a seen presence on the planet. Actions need to be taken, not stillness or meditation like the Moon’s needs, but real forward intention + action. Plans, details, visions, mapping, orientation - these are necessary on the path to purpose, fulfillment, and empowerment.
To be aligned with your purpose, the Moon is an integral part, so we can’t dismiss one or the other. Just like we can’t dismiss the benefit of the Day or the Night, the Body or the Spirit, the Action or the Integration; each one is a whole. Just like us!
In essence, this is a Self-Realization and Self-Actualization journey - a pilgrimage to Enlightenment and Embodiment. why is this important?
the agenda to disembody and keep us "asleep"
Whether it's blatantly obvious at this point or not, there are many agendas imposed on the people of the planet, and there has been for a very, very long time! Many of these agendas are designed to keep us from our full Power. If you struggle to believe that, simply look at the fast and cheap world around you spinning out of control until everything, including yourself, is out of your control… Control is the motive, and we are not controllable when we are Enlightened and Embodied. It's that simple. When we are in our full alignment, we are in our highest place of Empowerment.
Let's look at the world through an Ayurvedic lens and all you will see is imbalance and discord:
Kapha - We are encouraged to eat heavy foods, fried, modified, some impossible to digest. We are encouraged to binge all pleasures, especially Netflix and viewing, porn and sexual desire. All these things that make us lethargic, tired, depressed, unmotivated, distorted, and ultimately lulled to “sleep”.
Pitta - In juxtaposition to that, we are also demanded to push harder, to work harder, to “climb the ladder”, in order to discover our ‘worth’. Be more fit, the most athletic body is a sexy body, sex sells, and it goes on and on. The fires engulf us, we burn out, and we are irritated, aggro, angry, and often end up hating ourselves and each other. Pin us against each other, compare us to each other, beat each other/winners and losers. When we are divided and separated, we are weaker, and when we are one and come together, we are the most powerful.
Vata - Cell phones, social media, cars, and constant movement. We are all in contact and information overload, accessible at all times by everyone who knows you and everyone who doesn’t. Watch more, say more, learn more, keep consuming, stay on the move. It’s beyond a headache, it's a tornado designed to swallow you up whole. An invasion of the mind and your privacy, your precious Self. Spinning out from this overwhelm of information, we wonder why so many people are dysregulated, nervous wrecks, and have anxiety and panic disorders.
We did not evolve this way! And this modern way of life is a mere decimal of a fraction of how the human body and mind has been living for the last thousands of years. So how do we evolve and how do we embody?
SoulArche holds our unique blueprints for that exact evolution - a guidance to a remembrance of our original creation, while honoring the progress and forward movement that is needed at this time. And that at our core we are nature as the seasons, we are wild like animals, and we are infinite like spirit.
Soularche as an embodiment + awakening antidote
I work deeply with Chiron - the wounded healer and the hero’s mentor. Like the wounded masculine and toxic patriarchy we have lived in for centuries, we see the [elites] masculine wanting to stay in the place of the Gods forever, never addressing the Goddess, in fact banishing her. Banishing the body’s needs and mortality. The demand for immortality is the God's agenda. This is not how a Soul evolves. It needs this felt embodied experience to transform and change so it can continue it's journey learning and healing from accumulated karmas.
So you might be asking yourself - What is a Soul? This is a complicated question to answer since there really isn't words to fully describe what a soul is. However, many have attempted, and I will be pulling from my favorite source that relates most to my line of work.
To quote a Channeler and Master Yogi, Chris Harris, a Soul could be described as "an onion, having many layers composed up into some form of an ‘energetic matrix’... Ultimately, the soul is extremely complicated and cannot truly be organized into layers, as might our onion. There is no clear delineation between one layer of the soul and the next. Also, the entirety of an entity is in constant flux, evolving & expanding, and our ability to quantify & explain things with words, terms, and descriptions is incapable of accurately rendering a picture of the soul.
What we can say about the soul is that it contains the sum total of everything that we have ever experienced. Every bit or byte of information that we have ever processed through our energetic matrix that has ever influenced our consciousness is stored there. We are talking about an enormous amount of data here, also a number we have no descriptive word to quantify. This information is the source from which our decisions spring.
When the ego stills, this enormous database provides us with a far reaching grasp of the nature of any given situation. This allows us to make decisions based on not just this lifetime, but potentially thousands of cumulative years of wisdom.”
From this description, attuning and awakening to this level of intuitive knowing, inner wisdom, and innate instinct is precisely the embodiment and enlightenment I aim to attain, so that we all can collectively wake up together and create a world from this higher conscious perspective.
gods, goddesses and the Soul //
I love this particular mythos surrounding Aries [classically known as the Warrior] about him and the sleeping dragon. Jason [Aries] is sent to retrieve the ram's golden fleece which is said to be protected by a large, vicious dragon. There are 2 tales of this story - one where Aries is gifted a sleeping potion and effortlessly puts the dragon to sleep in order to steal the golden fleece - and another where he is in fact swallowed by the dragon, traveling into the belly of the beast, and then being vomited back up.
This story is revealing of two very profound human experiences: one where the [spiritual] warrior keeps their inner beasts asleep, lulling them, avoiding them at all costs, in order for everything to be "fine". And another where the [spiritual] warrior chooses to face their inner beasts [shadows, wounds, pains, etc.] and goes within, to embody, to have an experience that when coming out on the other side, emerges completely transformed.
This Spiritual Warrior archetype I often associate with Pallas Athene, Mars, and Aries placements in people's charts. We all have a warrior spirit somewhere, and something we are willing to fight for. Discovering that passion and aligning with it is just one of the many ways I help in your Empowerment process. Listening to your instincts, intuition, and heart is vital on this journey, and I hope you remember the sleeping dragon in times when the path ahead gets a little rocky. Have faith and strength, and you will emerge victorious!

Beginning a SoulArche journey will look different depending on how long you choose to embark on one. Intakes almost always take 90 minutes to 2 hours! I love to take this very first session to really get to know you outside of your Natal chart. It's a time I like to ask lots of questions, to explore & unpack whatever is on your heart & mind right now, and start to really understand your intentions, hopes, and goals for this process.
Moving forward, we dive into what I call Soul Sessions - a place where we start moving through your astrology charts in relation to where you're at now and where you're headed. I love to work with the progressed Sun and Moon placements! Progressed Sun and Moon are really trying to teach your natal blueprint how to PROGRESS. What is now helpful, what is going to push your enlightenment and embodiment forward - your current evolution. It also helps show where the focus is - what are the luminaries illuminating at this time? What's the cycle - when did the Sun and Moon enter and exit this time in your life? What's it trying to show your natal placement to integrate and evolve?
We will also look at Transits that are activating your natal story line and making or breaking you depending on how much integration and evolution you have done up to this point, and how we can make these things feel smoother and more coherent.
Now if all this sounds like you have no idea, not to worry! You don't need to be an astrologer and have all the lingo down to move through this journey - just an open heart and an open mind, a desire for self-improvement, and some radical inner honesty!

We've learned about the foundations of this work associated with the Sun & the Moon and the Day & the Night. I work with two leading methods I've created for this journey that are built off those foundations: one being the Crystal Method designed to deepen your experience, further your embodiment, and connect you to your instincts; and the other being the Lotus Method designed to guide your enlightenment process, understand where you're at in your awakening, and connect you to your intuition.
The Crystal Method for Embodiment
This method really was birthed from learning Experiential Astrology, being a Yoga & body movement instructor, and an Ayurvedic Counselor. The path to Embodiment requires finding something that any one of our five physical senses can connect to in relationship to our felt sense reality. My job is to help you explore and discover what grants you this greater body alignment. Practices like belly breathing, somatics, body language/yoga/posturing, self massage, certain art, music & imagery, expression/astro-dramas, and beyond are some of the powerful ways we will play with this part of your SoulArche Journey. I love to look to the less credited Descendant placement and see how its energy guides you to that deeper embodied experience and instinct access.
The Lotus Method for Enlightenment
This method was a product of my extensive Evolutionary Astrology background, Buddhist & enlightenment studies via Yoga, and my own personal awakening journey out of a 10 year panic attack disorder. As we move through the Lotus Method, we embark on an unfolding process of 4 Stages through the mind-body-spirit, guiding us towards Enlightenment. These stages are couched inside 3 larger phases involving the evolution of information into knowledge into wisdom. The four stages begin with Awareness - a place where we are mostly moving through information through conversation. Next we move into Alchemy - once this said awareness is acknowledged and accepted, positive change will start to manifest in one's mind. Following is the third stage, Alignment - if these positive changes are embodied, spirit & intuition comes online. Enlightenment is the last stage, becoming available only once this level of spiritual Self is attained, and this enlightenment can accelerate embodied knowledge into spiritual wisdom.

How the body learns and receives messages for evolution versus how the mind does are quite different, but their union in this process connect you to your Spirit and inner Power.

Your SoulArche is a living, breathing reflection of you, your soul's journey and intentions. The amount of information and experiences we start to unravel through this process is astronomical! I really look to twilight as an integration time of day and night - this dusk and dawn. Where day slowly descends into night, merging, and where night slowly rises into day, merging.
The intention for the Twilight Immersion is to get us working together in person out in nature, under the sky where we intersect with heaven and earth. At dusk, I want us to tune into those areas in your chart that have to do with embodiment and how we've unpacked those this far, and guide you into a deeper felt sense integration with those parts of yourself. At dawn, we will do the same thing but working with the enlightenment part of your journey, allowing the first light of day to touch our eyes, and merge with the previous night experience.
We will take a gentle trek into a safe and quiet space amongst the Sedona Red Rocks where you can lay down & relax on comfortable blankets + supports. From here, I will guide you into gentle breathwork, meditation, and visualization. Deepening the experience with Reiki energy work, crystals, and an intuitive card reading, a shift into higher frequency and deeper access to your Highest Self will be noticeably felt.
